Had testing for my daughter done by Dr. Michael Rizzo years ago when she was in Elementary School. She was seen by a Neurologist as well on Prescribed Med for ADHD and it helped insure her progress re: hyperactivity and focusing. Now she is in College and may need some help again, will get reviewed. I also helped her with schoolwork and was/am a strong advocate for her as well to always insure her progress. She is smart, special and deserves a good profession as do the other kids/ young adults with ADD/ ADHD. They just need extra help and attention as well, Documentation of Accomodations and Medical History. Was very satisfied with Dr. Michael Rizzo, his testing, understanding, advice, suggestions when the public school didn’ t want to pay to have her tested and I am glad we went to him!…..:)

My son has special needs, I originally found them to have a psychological test done to begin homeschooling.
When they told me they had a school for home school kids, I enrolled my son. After a few mths it became apparent that he needed one on one attention, and so I pulled him out to teach him at home and continued using their programs at home at a high fee. I realized I was paying a lot but as a new home schooler I felt like I needed the support. Fast Forward to a year later, there was little to no support & since we are receive a grant I had to ask for my invoices every month, there was no problem charging me on the 1st but getting me an invoice was like pulling teeth. I did it, because I was still in the belief that I needed them. When it came time for my sons annual review, I emailed upon emailed, left messages but was never called or emailed back!! I found my own evaluator & bought exactly the same programs my son was using with them for a fraction of the price and with support from the company!!! Extremely let down by them. The special needs homeschooling community is small and to have this happen is a shame. If they didn’t want to or couldn’t help us any longer all it took was a email or call saying no.

It’s unfortunate that all the people that Dr. Rizzo helped have not written a review. Dr. Rizzo is one of the best in his field. I have been working with him professionally and sought out his services personally as well. Child Provider Specialists has a number of programs to support children who need some extra help. Check out their website to learn about the details. I highly recommend this practice
