Chase Bank

Worst branch ever. They are so slow to help the walk in customers. They are all the time in their phones or talking amongs themselves rather than helping the customers that are waiting in the lobby. Maybe they take their customers for granted given their location. The manager should make a note of this , for me it’s the second they they waste more than 30 minutes waiting , let’s see if they waste a 3rd day for me while they keep talking on the phone and chillaxing in their offices.

My husband and I stopped in with a friend who had an account. We had a form that we needed notarized. We made sure with the manager that they could notarize the form even though we didn’t personally have an account with Chase. She confirmed we can have the form notarized, but not faxed over. We waited 15 to 20 minutes to be told by a different employee that they would not even notarize the form for us.
It was a waste of time. This could have been avoided if we’d been told the truth within the first five minutes. I will never open an account with Chase because of this experience, they don’t value my time and I don’t appreciate being given incorrect information.

The staff here Ana W and Feng (Frank) are the most helpful and friendly people. Twice they just make me happy with their customer service.

The teller working there was the nicest woman I have ever met in my life. She was certainly looking after my best interests and I had no idea they could just print out checks on the spot like that. Chase Bank is so much better than the rest. They treat me like I own the bank!!
