Carlos Perez and the staff have been excellent with their customer service. I was in an accident where someone else ran a red light and totalled my car. I have had several calls from Carlos’ office checking to see if I needed any assistance for personal injury or damage to the car. Even though my claim is against the other drivers insurance company. You can tell how good your own insurance company responds when there is an issue and I’m pleased to say my Allstate agency has 5 stars for their job. I have also referred other family relatives to Carlos actually even before the accident.

I switched 3 years ago from numerous companies. Always thought of Allstate as expensive. Turns out they are very competitive and great people to work with.

Carlos Perez takes the time to show you he cares. He was on the phone with us for as long as it took, to explain every detail on the policy. To go over what is best for us, to recommend and guide. This is priceless.

For several years now our family has insured with Allstate through this office. We continue to do so because they are always there to help us if we need in it. If we need information they listen to any concerns we may have and always find the best solution to remedy the problem and best of all they are always looking for ways to help us save money.
