Broward Health Weston

Great Service! I was there last Thursday and went in with my daughter who hurt her ankle and needed an xray. Vicky helped us and was just incredible. She went over and beyond to help my daughter. She was so kind! I highly recommend Broward Health Radiology in Weston. Thank you Vicky! I have been in FL. for 6 years and this was our best medical office experience. Her kindness and help brought tears to my eyes.

Only 2 vending machines (cash only) 1 ATM, No way to pay unless you have coins and if you want to exchange your money for coins well No machine either. BTW if you have cents the machine will not accept them. This place is a medical office building and while I’m waiting for my mom having eye surgery they don’t have a small cafeteria. It looks beautiful inside and out but lacks a basic cafeteria or machines for family and patients in need of food or a drink.

BEWARE of this place!!! I took my daughter the other day because she had gotten stung by something so I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything bad even though she didn’t have a fever I felt I should take her in because she had quite a few bites on her tummy. The Doctor looked at her really quick and said ” I’m not sure exactly but I think it’s chicken pox” but she told me she couldn’t be sure. I was there for 2 hours and left not having a clue what was wrong with my toddler. I then took her to another doctor who actually knew what he was doing and said she had bug bites like I initially thought. I called to let them know the next day how upset I was and they didn’t care.

Had an ultrasound done by Keith. I’m very greatful for how kind he was and very thorough. Was an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this place. Registration was quick and easy and I did not wait long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I came to the Urgent Care clinic with my son, who had a very bad cough, fever and respiratory difficulties. We got here at 10 am and only at 11:30 am (an hr and a half later!) the nurse took his vitals. When I asked why was it taking so long, they told us that they still didn’t get an answer from our medical insurance, and they could only called us in after they answered. It was only after we paid for our visit that the nurse called us. After that, we waited for another 40 min for the Dr. Apparently our emergency was not important for them. May I mention that the waiting room was empty when we arrived, only one patient before us, and that they even called in people that arrived after us, before calling us. Very disappointed with the clinic and part of the staff!
