I have been a client of Bazante Group for years, not only helping me find the right properties to buy, but doing all the property management, always protecting my interests as an investor. I know is hard to deal with tenants and their job is ethical and professional, caring and fair. If you are looking for an emotional, and an unprofessional realtor then you have found the right place. A nightmare to deal with, non cooperative, will offer and threaten legal action on unfound data, and then will beg for forgiveness once logically proven incorrect in an attempt to manipulate you to do whatever is needed that only suits one party. Rest assured that party won’t be you. Another greedy realtor who only cares what commissions they make in any transaction of real estate. If that’s who you’d want representing you then by all means continue. But, if you’re looking for a professional, logical and a committed realtor then look elsewhere. Personally, I will be looking elsewhere for my real estate investments within the South Florida area.
Note for the future, you have 2 ears and 1 mouth, listen more before you speak. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
