There is a reason the bank is always empty. I have had multiple account errors while conducting simple transactions with the tellers. I closed my account and will be banking elsewhere. This is not a Bank United issue on a larger scale, it’s just poor customer service at this branch. I will be contacting their corporate offices as well.

I think the corporate and the management team does not have no clue of what’s going on with this bank. My husband opened an account in this location and end up having an affair with one of the worker there name Julie Gabrielson. They been having an affair for months, despite of telling her to leave my marriage alone until now she’s still bothers my husband. My husband was telling me that Julie Gabrielson always checked his account without his permission which I know its against Bank Unites policy. Is this how you trained your employee, getting hooked up with a customer and ruined someone’s marriage? I am a stock holder of your company and I was appalled of your employee’s moral values and standard of behavior. From now on I will encourage my friends who has an account in this branch to be careful because their husband will be the next victim by this home wrecker. As an investor in the large group company, I will withdraw my stock that I purchased and invest in a different reputable bank with good moral standing.
