Agency did a reasonable job of maintaining my loyalty. They did not pester us with junk mail. Allstate as a whole does a nice job of easy access to account and optional information without being a nuisance. Between the two, they have been a good match for us.

My calls answered promptly, they were knowledgeable about my queries,and quick response to requests. felt like they were there for me, not just the company they represent.
