I remember my first day walking into the gym and having no idea what to expect. I was welcomed with open arms, made to feel part of a family, and here we are 7 years later! It’s not just the top notch facilities or the great training, it’s the people, the coaches and your brothers and sisters on the mats. If you’re looking for something, THIS IS IT. No doubt in my mind. I have been training under Baga at Weston and Davie for over 4 years now. The thing that sets this gym apart from others is the culture. It’s inclusive, welcoming and warm. It’s also a community of people who want to learn, work hard and sweat.

We definitely push to get the best out of each other, in a nice way. This constant positive pressure, behavior and culture starts with the owner, Rodrigo Baga Ramos. He is a great leader and an overall positive energy to be around and to learn from. I love it, and I hope to train there for many many years to come.

Give it a shot, you won’t be sorry. It’s an amazing group of people and the best team to be a part of.

Too many kids for the amount of coaches available. It is unfortunate that they can not provide better attention to all students.
Training is good overall, but some kids stay behind.
Also be aware of a 30 day cancellation policy. So you have to pay a m6of 3 months even if you decide to take your child out after one or two sessions.
Plus they treat you bad when you decide to cancel, make you feel that its your kids fault.

I have never been at a kickboxing class and it turns out it is excellent for losing weight and strengthening the body. The trainers are AWESOME and super friendly. I will continue to attend for life. Thank you ATT for your help and motivation!!!

ATT Weston is great! Ive been training with Baga for 6 years now. From the first day everyone treats you like family and really guide/help you to learn. At the same time, the advanced fighters train at a top level.
