Where do I begin let me first start off by saying Angelo is a great tour guide he doesn’t sit there quiet as you ride through the trails he engages you in conversation and has many stories to tell. His horses were extremely well trained I have been on many trail rides and I have to say this one was the best. I would highly recommend him for many reasons. And you can’t be the value for the quality ride. Thanks again for a great experience.

Amazing! We had a wonderful time. The guide is a wonderful person and the horses are beautiful gentle creatures (and extremely well behaved/trained). I felt really safe and relaxed. My boyfriend was a bit nervous at first but he quickly felt comfortable. The guide was really attentive and even offered to take a picture of both of us. I really want to come back soon and do the 2 hour ride.

My husband and I took the 2hr trail to celebrate his birthday and it was such a great experience. I only regrets not finding this place sooner and coming out to ride more often instead of just for a special occasion. I hadn’t ridden a horse in 3 years and before that about 20 years so I was very rusty, but they made me feel very secure. The horses are well taken care of and the family who runs this place are so friendly and helpful. They rotate horses for rides and lessons so none of them are overworked. Angelo was our guide and he made sure we had the best time. He brought water for us for when we stopped for a break. My horse Paris made my ride so easy. We walked and trotted and had a beautiful scenic lake view. It was the perfect relaxing afternoon. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun way to spend a few hours outside with such a majestic animal. Don’t wait for a special occasion! I plan on making this a regular experience.

Great trail ride. Our guide Anabel was awesome. My horse was great, I had Grand. I am an experienced rider & my friends were more beginner level. All good horses. We went for my friend’s birthday. Highly recommend!!!

Had the most wonderful time riding with American Horse Trails! It was a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend who had horses growing up and a surprise first time for my 8 year old son. We arrived at the ranch early (9:30? for a 10:00 ride time). Angelo and Anabelle greeted us warmly and got us through the waivers and a run down on equipment and minor details in a timely and friendly process. So since my girl and I were pretty confident they focused on my son which was very comforting for me. The horses Itchy, Snowflake and Paris were all good natured, friendly horses. Anabelle led my son for the first 30 minutes then let him ride the remainder of our 2 hour ride. My son is now wanting me to buy him a horse!!?
