WOW, WOW, WOW…what a great experience I had selling my home with Alex! I knew plenty of realtors from the past, and I had mixed feelings regarding their services. Still, this time I decided to do my detailed research and find the best possible option to list my home in Weston, FL. I went online to see who would be the best fit in my area. I am very particular about who I want to partner with to do any type of transaction, and I narrowed down my search to one real estate professional. Well, I got it right, Alex just exceeded my expectations from the very beginning. He was super professional, very tactful, not pushy, explaining all the process of listing a home and extremely transparent with all the fees. You know from the beginning that Alex is a man of great integrity and will do the best for his clients. He also advised me on what needs to be changed and fixed in the home before listing it for sale and took care and arranged all the necessary repairs with his network of handymen. On top of that, Alex took care of all paperwork, dealings with the title company, attorneys, etc.
The home was listed on December 26th, and my expectations were not high to get any significant interest in the property for the next few months, especially we priced the home at the very high end, and I was not in a rush to sell it below my price threshold. However, Alex had presented the home to the world in such a way that it had a huge interest in showings from the start. Within two weeks, I had my home under the contract with a back-up offer in case the first option wouldn’t work.
I still cannot believe he sold it so fast at that price.

Before we could get it listed, the house required some much needed renovations. Alex was able to source reasonable contractors to renovate the bathrooms / flooring / kitchen. He not only facilitated all the work throughout the entire process but I gave him full discretion on choosing colors / fixtures / flooring etc. Though they were not the choices I would have personally made they were exactly what was right for the market. I am so glad that I defaulted to his insight in this area because he was absolutely spot on.
