Billing department very aggressive; their reported my account which it was paid to a credit bureau and when I call their don’t even want to talk to me and even hang the phone on me. The worst customer service ever, I don’t recommend their services to anyone.

Called to make an appointment on 11/26 for the next available opening, I got the date of 12/3. Answered all questions and made sure that everything on my side was done.
24 hours before the appointment I received a call that they did not have the correct Policy Id number and because of the short time, now they can’t have the approval from the insurance company.
Reschedule was not an option, I changed flights to make the appointment on the 12/3.
Called the insurance company to expedite the “approval” on got the Ok from the insurance but now they found they are also missing the “notes” from the doctor office!
I give 2 stars because people on the phone were really nice, not that they resolved anything, but at least they showed courtesy.

First attempt, I asked to be scheduled in Plantation after work hours.They “scheduled” me at 7pm. The time of the appointment, Im driving around in a pitch black parking lot, Come to find out i was scheduled in sunrise. I spoke with three different people at three separate times, and was given the plantation address each time. Second appointment I make in davie. I get the test done and they charge me for both. when I’m trying to get the results, i find out they “canceled” one of the test and there are no results. One person even told me they do not perform the test i had done in that office. I asked then what did test did I have done?! I tried to go to a different diagnostic center after the first mistake to find out that they have pretty much bought out most of the diagnostic centers in fort lauderdale area and there weren’t too many other choices. They are unorganized, leave you on hold for at least 15-20 minutes every time you call, and seem to not know whats going on, from one office to another.

Horrible experience – I do not recommend the Weston location for MRI Services.

Took 5-plus business days to make an appointment (due to Akumin process of confirming insurance and DR notes – which I did not need, nor did they get) then waited over 1.5 hours for MRI technician.

They did not even have the DR orders for my appointment- I had to provide it upon my arrival.

Front desk staff was friendly during the excessive wait and put on cartoons for the kids, but overall experience was negative.

You will be better off going someplace else – I wish I would have!

I’ve actually been here years ago as well. Called today after primary requested ultrasound. Person who I spoke with to set appointment was very friendly and helpful. Showed up, filled out paperwork and was taken back for test within 10 minutes. Everyone at the office was also very friendly and helpful. Office is clean and I will definitely come back here in the future. Thanks!
