This State Farm team is amazing! My family has been clients for over 20 years and its because of the great customer service and transparency! I have specifically dealt with Andres Maldonado and he is extremely knowledgeable. He truly knows the ins and outs and knows exactly what he is talking about. He is a great person and i look forward to working with him again and again in the future.

I have been a State Farm customer insuring my home and auto for over 35 years, and transferred my account to Dawn Wagner’s office over 15 years ago. I can honestly say that it has been a total pleasure dealing with Dawn and her group during this time. I specifically would like to single out Jennifer Rankin, who has been my direct contact person all these years. Dawn, Jennifer, and the rest of the team are total professionals. Andres Maldonado is an absolute gem. I’ve been with Andres & Dawn since I was 18 years old in my very first car. Andres is always SO helpful, always answers my questions thoroughly & patiently. There has never been a time when I’ve called their office without being helped. He always ensures I’m getting the best rates (with the best coverage) and always ensures that I’m getting any discount available. Andres is the epitome of Customer Service. I did also want to take the time to recognize Dawn as well as Dawn was my agent previously and is also so kind & patient. They are the reason I’ve stayed with StateFarm since I started driving!
