They came to measure all the spaces for remodeling and then the guy went to a convention or something to Las Vegas and NEVER called back. I called several times and the poor lady at the office didn’t even know what to tell me. It wasn’t her fault. I mean he was just in Las Vegas not in Mars, he could have called at least to apologize for being so informal. Anyways if a person tells you that they can install tile over tile you know he’s not very good.

I bought a kitchen from these guys when they were called “USA Smart Kitchens”. They have since changed their name, I suspect because they had several bad reviews under that name. I was very hesitant to use their business because of this, but the owner Michael promised me complete satisfaction and went out of his way to show me some kitchens he had previously completed. The look is good, but that was my own design. However, the quality was awful, especially considering I paid over $12,000. The guy who installed my granite countertops, the guy who made the cabinets in my master bathroom, and even my plumber all told me I was ripped off and given a low quality kitchen. That was evident because the drawers wobbled back and forth like cheap furniture as you pulled them in and out. Several handles also needed to be cut because they didn’t design the correct dimensions around my appliances. On top of waiting 2-3 months for the kitchen to be made (I was promised 4-6 weeks) they took 2 months to install it–from when the first cabinet went in until the last one was installed, the time that had passed was two months! Unbelievable! I don’t use the kitchen, as this was done for a condo that I fully renovated and intend to flip, but a door has already come off of it’s hinges because it was poorly installed and even though I supposedly have a 5 year warranty on the kitchen, I was turned away when I recently called to have someone come look at it. The kitchen is only 6 months old! Thankfully they creditted me $1100 so I could pay the guy who did my bathroom cabinets to put in smooth sliding drawers, but this is now their excuse why they won’t come fix my door. The owner says he’s not responsible because he didn’t do the drawers, but this is one of the DOORS–which Michael DID install and is responsible for. This company is clearly more interested in money than customer satisfaction and I would not recommend them to anyone. You could get a kitchen from Ikea that is twice the quality and 1/3 of the price.
