We utilized All Digital during our remodel for our AV and security and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Working with Juan was truly a wonderful experience; he was proactive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient from the start, working with us to create a setup that best met our AV and security needs. He continued to be quite efficient and proficient throughout the entire process. He and his crew worked well with our contractor, the work itself being done in a very organized and neat manner. We were very pleased working with All Digital. Juan sells high end equipment and both Juan and his staff are very knowledgeable with this equipment. Juan was extremely patient and helpful in selecting the system and the installation that worked best in my home. The installers were also very knowledgeable and did an excellent and unbelievably neat installation job.

We had All Digital design, source, and install a TV, music, lighting and integrated security system in our penthouse unit in Miami. Led by Juan Apraez, AD’s president and chief technology officer, the process and the results were just what we had hoped they would be. Juan and his team listened, make suggestions, were never pushy, educated us, responded to questions or requests (some coming later in the process!) and delivered a great integrated system. They also kept to budget and, when we asked for a change, if it required incremental funding, they were very upfront about what the impact would be — and left it up to use whether we wished to proceed with the change. The handover process was great, too. AD took the time (several hours!) to go through everything with us in our home, ensuring that we knew how to operate everything. It was also impressive — and essential — how seamlessly AD worked with our interior design and construction teams; in our view, this was critical for the successful execution of our system. So, a great experience with results that more than met our expectations!

These guys know what they are doing. Suggested the perfect home theater setup for my unique home, needs, and budget. Completed the job on-time, were neat, and took the time to be sure I was completely satisfied and ready to use my new toys before they left. I’d highly recommend All Digital.
