I highly recommend Dr. Cubas! He is through and patient. He listens and has the interest of the patient at the top. He is a knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manner. Also, his nurse is sweet and caring. I’m glad that I gave Associates MD a second chance after a one star experience with another doctor. He will definitely be my primary doctor after this visit. Thank you Alex and Elizabeth for your exceptional customer service and helpfulness!

It seems my original post was removed, so again I’ll warn others of this practice. Do not be fooled by the Weston address, the facility is dirty. The receptionists are not exactly friendly about answering questions. However, they’ve been properly coached on how to demand payment. I unnecessarily paid a copay for “establishing a primary care physician.” When I inquired about this charge with my insurance carrier, I was told that is not in compliance with regulations. Obviously, I called the Billing department (no human ever answers just voicemail after voicemail left). All I am requesting is a refund for the copay that I was erroneously charged. It has been 4 months now, and no one can rectify this mishap. Sadly, I liked Dr. Hurtado; however, this practice is run like a nightmare. From what I read I’m not the only one being charged for unnecessary things.

Lovely staff. I love the team environment! From Monique at the front desk, to the medical assistance from Yairette, the office works in unison. Dr. Cubas is an excellent world class provider and extremely attentive. You end your visit with Sasha who answers any unfinished questions about your visit and ensures you of any issue being corrected in a timely manner. Till next time!

I am so happy with the staff and the doctor… They make sure I have everything I need and when I call they respond back to me. They actually care. I called Yairet and she was super sweet and professional and fix my situation . It is great I am not treated like Just another number.

Clean office. Bubbly and friendly staff. Dr. Cubas is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. Takes the time to understand and address every concern and question I had. The wait time was a little lengthy but worth every minute for such an amazing and detailed doctor.
