Purchased a Groupon for a Massage before the Holidays. Made an appointment But when I called to confirm was told that The person scheduled it for the wrong day. Was unable to get in during Holiday season and now that I’m trying to make an appointment I’m told that they will not take the Groupon even though it is not expired and will not expire for a month. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there isn’t one there and when I asked for a manager name to call back at a later time was told no. And the managers are never there. This is very unprofessional. I will never do business with them.

I had 2 experiences in this salon: yesterday was great with stylist Diana Fernandez. She was very professional and very kind fixing the bad job done by another stylist Gisellet Rosario. 3 weeks ago I bought a Keratin treatment in Groupon, Gisellet told me I had to pay more because my hair was too curly, I did, but the treatment didn’t last me 2 weeks. when I went back to show her the result of her job, she was defensive and very rude. Diana Fernandez that was listen to my complain, kindly said “do not leave upset let me help and I do the keratin again for you at not charge. She scheduled me for last night and did a great job my hair is looking amazing. I noticed the difference from the 2 stylist while doing the job. Diana took her time to do it correctly, she is very professional. If you go for a Keratin Treatment be sure you do it with the person that knows how to do it

Friendly staff, beautiful facility. Hope Noel was efficient and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see the full results!

Diana from Azzurri was awesome. I have very thick and wavy hair, Diana went above and beyond for me, taking extra time to ensure that it was done to perfection. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend her to everyone.

You called to our salon to speak to our receptionist about a hair Botox or keratin treatment .To try to help you with some of the prices that you asked for , she gave you our base price ( base price it’s not a quote ).
over the phone is kind of hard to accurately quote a price . we list our base prices and informed you that the prices increase with length and density ( as other salons do as well). The stylist spoke with you for at least ten minutes over the phone. Once in the salon the stylist did a full consultation( for hair past the bra strap) and was specified that the Botox is not only slightly higher in price but she also explained the package that comes with the $400 price.. which included at home care products and the trim! We are always happy to accommodate clients so our BASE prices are listed in our pamphlets!
