The Nail Lounge

Very quick, but horrible job. They charge too much for mediocre job. I did a gel manicure the edges were missed. The owner stopped several times to attend to other customers. Also, i did a polish change to my toes, the polish didn’t sit neatly with the cuticles, as the tech didn’t bother to trim for a nice finish. If you’re in a hurry, and just want some polish slapped on, stop, but to get your money’s worth, keep going!

Epril did my toes and Aurealis (not sure i spelled that right) did my hands, they were wonderful conversators and everything came out beautifully in an appropriate time for a great price 🙂 very happy, my new go to, one of these days I’ll actually take advantage of the bar lol

I’ve been coming to this place for more than 3 years with Mariana which provides excellent service, I even consider her my friend, but the management and front desk is terrible, they don’t care if you’re loyal to them or not, they won’t try to accommodate you and the will change you from one manicurist to another without even letting you know!!!! I moved to the Miami area and I will still come here, but no more!!!! You don’t care about you’re loyal clients I won’t come back anymore. Why paying more here when you don’t even care!!!

Epril is the BEST!
I like the way she is always cheerful and super helpful. She always is happy to see me and makes my day! Have an amazing pedicure and manicure with Epril. SHE ROCKS!
