From start to finish we had a very positive re-roofing experience with Rocky’s Roofing. The pricing was very competitive. Their customer service was impeccable. Shannon, Kenda, Taylor and the entire crew were professional and courteous. The crew worked hard and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the finished product. We don’t hesitate to recommend Rocky’s Roofing.

Called them last year for an estimate for roofing repair. Shannon stopped by looked at my roof and sent me the quote with pictures of the problem. This is the best way for us homeowners to understand it.
After 6 months of the repair we’ve had some leaking and they’ve followed up and fix the area. Couple of months later the same issue. And this was going on for 2 more times. Today Shannon stopped by with his crew and did a further inspection and found another area that was causing this leaking. What I want to say is that I highly recommend them because their business doesn’t stop after they’ve got paid, they were always willing to come and look and repair as well. Getting a quote from them to put a new roof and will definitely use them for it. Thank you guys for your time and effort.

Rocky’s Roofing has excellent customer service. I’ve been a homeowner in the area for 20 years and they are the only roofing company I’ve ever utilized. Quick, easy, and simple! That’s what we all love, right? If you do Rocky’s is for you. I called and meet with Shannon (great man) we sat down went over the contract, permits, and walked through all the rest of the paper work step by step. I felt comfortable with everything he told me. I asked if we can be a priority because our house insurance needed a new roof to be able to continue insuring us (roof is 30yrs old little patch work). We shook hands I signed the contract within a week The permit was pulled, they begin the demo! ALL IN ONE DAY they had the roof completely demoed, replaced all the rotten wood, laid out the first layer of protection! Two days later the inspector came out and approved/signed off no issues whatsoever! Next day they had their guys here completely shingled the house (straight lines start to finish) and following day got the final inspection, approved/signed off once again no issues! Couldn’t be any happier with the service! Best looking roof on the block as of now!!!!

When I determined there were issues with our roof, I began researching roofing companies and Rocky’s Roofing was one of them. I called and scheduled an appointment. Shannon came out to meet with me and explained everything in detail. Once the work began, outside of the rainy weather, everything went smoothly. There were times that I had questions and called the office. Both Kendra and Taylor were always very helpful and patient with me. The workers were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend this company anytime.
