Returned my RMA lighter without even opening it.

I clicked ONE star because I had to. My experience with this company handling a warranty on a Xikar lighter has been slow, unreliable, and pathetic.

Never received a reply to 2 of my emails. Very sad.

So I ordered some stuff 3 weeks before the father’s day. and they just ruined my father’s day. Most of the time they are out of the most popular items and and on their website you cant tell if they have particular item in stock or not. you just place your order and then after you will be informed that they were out of half of the items. I might not deal with company anymore.

I sent 3 items for warranty work and it’s been sitting at “items received” for over a month. Call and leave voicemails but no return. Send emails but again no return. a dull cutter, a dinted punch, and a broken lighter is better than nothing at all. Omar products are too expensive to get screwed like this. Xikar would be disgusted if they knew what they sold to.
