They are like most other property managers that I have dealt with. Not responsive, slow to resolve a problem, not good at reading emails and constant miscommunication among their staff. Simple problems take forever to resolve so forget about the bigger ones. When I send an email to the company providing all the information they need, plus a picture, I don’t expect to get another phone call from somebody else in the same company saying, so what is the problem you are having? Didn’t you get my emails with the picture? Maybe I need a list of all the people that work there when I have a problem so I can copy them all on emails. Then they might know the issue. Although, that doesn’t mean it will be resolved any sooner.
