The worst group of unprofessional individuals anyone could ever work with. Dont ever rent a property managed by this circus.

I have called corporate 3 times left 2 voicemails and also sent an email regarding an urgent matter I’m having with the community cutler hammocks. To date I have yet to receive a response. The manager of the community Betzy Campos has no respect once so ever for the residents and degraded me with numerous insults when I reached out for assistance. seems corporate doesn’t even care about the residents or there management. I’ve been a resident for 3 years to only be treated like trash!

This management company is horrible! My wife and I have been trying to locate the whereabouts of our security deposit and no one ever answers, it’s been 2 months since we moved out and still nothing, I’m calling the Better business bureau Monday !

If I could give zero stars I would. My vehicle was shot up inside of one of their properties because they lost a contract with the sheriff’s department. I went and filed a police report, talked to the regional manager and she advised me that they wouldn’t do anything to help with damages at all. Knowingly that they have property insurance! I am disgusted I have a sick son with heart issues and my car isn’t able to be used at all at this moment. They are very rude and inconsiderate! I wouldn’t advise anyone to move anywhere with this property’s name on it! They suck

My apartment caught on fire 2 weeks ago due to an electrical issue in the wall. Two weeks later on July 6th 2018 I went into the rental office seek resolution. After continuous delay of moving me into another unit or providing me and my family hotel accommodations and per my conversation with the property manager I was advised that I would be moving into a new apartment Monday July 9th without a required city inspection. After research and contacting the city I found out my current apartments has not been inspected since 2008 and advised by Code of Compliance that the Property Manager Ivette Cotto told there office that I already moved me into another apartment 2 weeks ago when the fire occurred. I refuse to move into another unit unless inspected by the city and approved for my family to move in. I have continuously requested that the apartments would at least accommodate my family and place us in a hotel, but I was told on July 6th 2018 that the corporate office has disapproved my request. The fact that the property manager lacks compassion, concern or urgency regarding this issue and provided false information to the City makes her untrustworthy and I can no longer put my family in jeopardy by believing anything she says. Over the last year I’ve put in over 20 service request in reference to multiple issues in my home including the electrical issues. Most of the requests are given to Damon Nash at the front desk that seems to just write them on a sticky notes so my service request still have not been addressed. Today I tried to get some of my belongings such as my son’s asthma medicine from my apartment and the key locks were changed without notice. The Apartment Complex were not given possession. I was not evicted; my apartment was not condemned, so therefore I still should be granted access. This is a violation of my renter’s rights. Because of the actions taken, I am considered homeless now. I have been more than patient with Ms. Cotto, but her actions and attitude justify the fact that she doesn’t care. The poor and unprofessional customer service, the unanswered calls, and the way that I have been talked down to and treated by this woman are unacceptable. She never once even apologized for the inconvenience. I fail to believe that the managers would not provide some resolution to this situation, especially when I’ve witness other residents apartments flooding’s, loss of running water and electricity, and they were provided some form of accommodations. I honestly believe the regional manager Suzanne Claxton is not aware of the actions taken in this situation. I will continue to fight to be placed in the home that I and my family deserve. Just because I’m renting in a poor area does not mean you can treat me and the other residents poorly. I have and know my rights. This place needs to be condemned. It is the law that inspections are done every time someone moves in and moves out. Why would she insult me and tell me I have to move in another apartment with no inspection. I have been there for a year and my home has not been inspected within the last 10 years. The fire could have been prevented so now I’m given a choice to take it or leave it when I’m pregnant, have a toddler and homeless. No one seems to care. They will not even put me in a hotel. That woman is pure evil. Look at the attached pictures. Its just sad… How can they sleep at night.
