Excellent staff and service. Before my appointment there were issues with verifying my insurance I got calls ahead of time to fix the problem and when I arrived with additional documents the staff knocked it out real quick.

I opted for everything offered, very thorough eye exam, friendly staff, the Dr. Was very informative, friendly and fun to talk to. Explained everything, made lots of recommendations but was never pushy for one thing or another, just what she thought was best . I loved it and look forward to being a regular patient and recommending my spouse to go as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Therrien at Weston Family EyeCare for years! She is welcoming, experienced, and extremely professional. I would never visit another eye doctor.

First, the facility is clean and inviting. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The insurance process is quick. (Of course this could vary on your type of insurance). After I dilated my eyes, I had some sensitivity to the light and the front desk girl helped me pick out glasses that would complement my face at an affordable price.

Next, the office has advanced technology and Dr. Therrien is clear with communicating what is the best prescription for your specialized needs.

I particularly chose to get the NeuroLens with my prescription because I have to use a computer for the majority of my day. WOW!!! What a change! No more headaches. No more dry, red, scratchy eyes. No more light sensitivity. No more neck pain. No more discomfort at the computer.

I highly recommend Dr. Therrien, her office, and NeuroLens!

Dr. Jane Therrien is such an empathetic and personable doctor. She offers amazing patient centered care and does an awesome job at educating me on the importance of each visit. Her staff is always friendly, supportive, and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy going to Weston Family Eye Care because its always a pleasant experience!

The staff and optometrist are very nice. The office is very clean. Be prepared for the hard sell and know what your insurance will pay for and what it won’t.

My experience having my eyes examined and glasses fitted at Weston Family Eyecare was as close to perfect as I could expect. Dr. Jane Therrien is a wonderful Optometrist who is warm, friendly and professional from the very first greeting. I felt welcomed into the office from my first phone call and when I met her staff, it was comfortable and inviting, clean and great energy. High class.

Dr. Therrien is a Board-Certified Optometrist who was eager to make me feel right at home, and from the beginning of my exam, she listened to my personal issues with past eye glasses from lesser quality optical stores, those BOGO deals that don’t offer the highest quality lenses that my prescription requires. I have been losing clear vision with blurring issues for many years, and Dr. Therrien went right to work explaining her expertise and technology that she uses to uncover the most difficult to diagnose and treat eye problems.

I spent about an hour in private consultation & exam with the doctor, and her thorough procedures uncovered issues that several other optometrists in recent years apparently either missed or just plain didn’t disclose. Dr. Therrien had the utmost confidence from the start that there would be no problems with helping me to regain clear vision, and was comfortable recommending a specialist doctor that would handle specific issues with care. To describe her best would be compassionate.
I was most impressed with the high-tech tools at her disposal to help me not only get the perfect fit and prescription but also diagnose real problems with my eyes that needed special attention. There was a fully digital eye exam machine connected to a laptop, with a digital eye chart on the wall. Also, a type of diagnostic machine for the retina which essentially was a digital thermographic scanner and LED imager (like an MRI only for the eyes). The results were displayed on a big 34-inch monitor that showed my eyes in all their retina glory!

When choosing, and fitting the frames & lenses, I opted to go the extra mile and use another hi-tech machine (Visio Office?) to custom fit the lenses to my moving eyes digitally in 3D. I love the frames; they make me feel like I am not even wearing anything. The optician (Cindy) was professional and very helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience a pleasure.

I have been wearing my new glasses for about two weeks now and I can say with confidence it was a wonderful experience and I am ecstatic to have my near perfect vision restored. I see better than I have in over 10 years. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Dr. Therrien and staff!
