I have a Venus Versa laser and I’m very happy with it. Melissa and Steve are absolutely outstanding and respond my phones all the time. If there was a issues I have a technician in 1 hour in my office. Summer its supportive marketing genius and she is always available for me. I highly recommended Venus Concept.

very disappointed with customer service for this company. When I bought a 90k Venus Legacy 3 years ago, Rep Steve did not stop calling me everyday to make that sale. guys! after that sale, I have not see ANYBODY. just called in today because one arm is not working!! they cannot send any technician in!! they are short on staff, and also they want to face-time with me BEFORE they send someone!! really? on a 90k machine? CRAZY! we also represents other machine, and definitely customer service for other company is not like VENUS CONCEPT. I bought a LASER from another company because of many bad experience with customer service! oh and BTW, you need to PAY for their company flyers $60 for 100!! to do some publicity on THEIR machine
