Completely unprofessional. I had a reservation for a full size pick up truck for 11 AM. I was called by Mr. Willie at 8:09 AM telling me that he does not have a full size pick up truck at the location, but will have one at the time of my reservation. I get there and there’s no pick up truck for me to get. Yeah, don’t go here.

The vehicle I rented has strong odor from cigarettes. Upon return of the car, they were not able to provide me with ride back. Would not recommend this location to anyone who does not smoke. Further, if you have any European accent or appearance avoid this place as you will not be treated with friendly service. Sorry I have to select one star as zero is not an option but it should be.

Branch manager at this location was very unprofessional, we called to make a reservation to rent a luxurious car, but we weren’t told that we needed a credit card. So we drive 30 minutes to this place and we were told we needed a credit card, so we were like “okay no problem we’ll just rent a Nissan Altima” so they told us and I quote that it will take “15 minutes” to get the car ready and cleaned, 30 minutes passed and we still didn’t get the car so we asked them what was taking so long and explained to them that we had to leave. The branch manager proceeded to tell us “you don’t have to rent the car you can just leave” I’ve never experienced this kind of service from enterprise, and I will no longer be doing business with them after many years of doing business with them.

Enterprise is the worst company to rent from, don’t use them, Herz is allot better.
We made a reservation with enterprise in Rick Case Honda, we bring our car here to service it all the time, we reserved a luxurious vehicle, we confirm over the phone the vehicle and will we need to rent it, the manager or so call manager at the branch did not advise us over the phone that we need a credit card he mentioned that having debit card was good, when we got here he mention that we cannot rent the car with a debit card, so he proceeded to give us a Nissan which is $60, the luxurious vehicle is $74 and we been waiting for 45 minutes to get the car, instead of satisfying the customer working with us giving us a discount something to make us happy as customers he proceeded to say well if you don’t want the car you can leave, I asked for his name five times you refuse to give it to me.
