Lots to love about living in SAN Michelle Weston . Peaceful loads of bird life animals. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets . Beautifully maintained gardens. Very clean and tidy. Great play areas for the kids , tennis, soccer, pickle ball. 2 gyms 2 pools . Great footpaths and bike paths .

You all might want to look for new contractor and a new cleanup crew. Also be aware that you can hear your next door neighbors, it sucks when you are trying to fall asleep and you hear your neighbors yelling or playing loud music.

Residents and guests have the unstoppable habit of tailgating. There is no security number to call. I visited friends there and all three occasions, people tried to drive in with me. One refused to move back and kept saying “I am a resident” and I kept saying “I am a visitor and you should know better, please back away” for more than 15 minutes, during which a couple of people of the resident side and guest side actually yelled at me.
I had to step out of car and threaten that I will call the police. And that’s when he backed away. That was Dec 2019 on 8/9/10 and 11, around 8-9pm est. I tried the community site, but I have no option to provide feedback. Unless I create an account. It is unfortunate because that place had come along way infrastructure-wise, from when we considered it few years back.

The apartments are pretty, but the management is the worst. The two head ladies treat tenants as peasants; and the head maintenance guys is the rudest person I have ever met. The only one that has been nice is Dufay, at the leasing office and a couple of the maintenance guys.
They market this as a luxury community and there is nothing luxurious about it. Any repairs takes forever and let alone if you have an emergency. They only care about their walls not about the humans that live in the unites. They lack humanity and sense of customer service.
The unit I am renting is the remodeled one. Yes, it has pretty countertops, cabinets, and floor but that’s about it. The contractors are bad, they didn’t even sand the walls or the wood parts and painted on top of tall he imperfections. Its like putting a pretty dress and having a stinky body. There are more options and for less money. I am stuck in a year lease but if I were to do it again, I would choose a different option. Do listen to the reviews people say the truth. I should have!!

This is a very nice community, well maintained, excellent central location, gated with plenty of amenities, very daily friendly, most units are rentals.
