I was assisted by Linda who was very patient and understanding. Her kindness is much appreciated as I am in transition and had some questions and concerns that needed to be addressed and clarified. She was attentive to my individual concerns while remaining professional yet in a refreshingly humane way. This allowed me to feel reassured that I was making the right decision. Throughout the registration process she was very thorough in explaining everything in detail including the particular circumstances around me renting mid-month. Her level of experience was clear in that she made sure I understood everything and did not do this by rote. I still believe corporate has the worst customer service. It has been 1 week and still no call back. The manager explained her particular situation on site and I completely understood.

Corporate should provide better care of their customers and give the very professional manager at this location additional employees and better equipment. How can phones be down regularly in 2020?
