Jenny has the worst attitude ever!!! Was joining this place but seing her deal with customers made me walk right back out… don’t even consider it

Loved the service received over the phone and in person it was even better.

I called to ask if there was a clinic. They’d said yes, today 7:00pm intermediate. Paid $30 the non member rate and went to the court. I said to the instructor: I’m here for the clinic. He answered there is only a private clinic. He then said wait a moment and left.
I made my way to the reception and after waiting a few minutes the lady behind the counter told me she was sorry but there was no clinic. O and by the way since you paid with a card leave me your number because the owner has to reemburse you from her house.
Totally ok since being a 40 year old man with two kids i have tons of afternoons to waste… thanks very much Weston tennis center.

Amazing facility! Great coaches. Awesome summer camp and clinics. I’ve been playing tennis there for a long time and my game has definitely improved!

Terrible experience with my child, the ‘top’ teacher told my daughter she was wasting her time in a kids group starters class. Not only that, the manager then refused to take any responsibility and left it to the teacher to resolve it… never was. Other parents were shocked. We left the club.
