St. Andrews Weston

Closer to SR84 and 595. Great schools nearby. It’s a good start arriving to the area. In particular, Maintenance Team at this property it’s very helpful and professional. Very nice amenities. Water bill is quite high.

I have lived at St. Andrews going on 7 years! Any issues I have are resolved in a prompt manner. The staff (Administration – Maintenance) are great!
The new Admin takes their time to create a friendly atmosphere (neighbor gatherings for special holidays/Occasions). Love that they allow food trucks!!
They completed a big landscaping/pool-deck, paining project, which helped the community to be seen at the high standards of Weston. I must say the paining job (hallways-patios) was not 100%, as within a couple of weeks the paint became to peel off, showing the previous color. Other than that everything else looks perfect!

If you know what you want and need you must go to St. Andrews at Weston. All the staff are friendly and ready to assist. There is full of communication at all time; and no matter what in time, holidays or weather they are there for us. St. Andrews at Weston no doubts is the best place in town. Amazing and professional service !! 5 STARS !!!

Horrible Scam DO NOT RENT they will scam your deposit, over charge you at move out, report to your credit, charge $150 if late one day even when office is closed on weekend

Definitely a bad decision, no security at all, just today a car was assault thieves stole the car 4 wheels , this is unbelievable, this is Weston, police came asking for cameras and there is no any camera on this complex , anyone could come inside do whatever they want and get away with it, this is an expensive place, pool is a messy area with mold everywhere, all areas around are pretty bad, old air conditioner, old washer and dryers, expensive utilities, water bills are $140 and up , electricity bills are $200 and up in a 2 beds apartment, avoid this place, maintenance guys are a circus , management staff is ridiculous .
