These people are not serious. I called and told them I had an emergency at the house. My main water line was not working and were completely out of water. I scheduled an appointment for the next day between 1-3 pm so we did not have to pay the exorbitant overtime fees (my mistake). My family suffered without water for the night. They next day I called at 2 pm to check if they were coming. I was assured they would be there. Response: no problem, don’t worry, be happy. Then at 3:30 pm I get a call to say that they are not going to be able to make it. This means that I now have to call another plumber and pay the overtime fees….
